Welcome to the enterprise version of AssignIt. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AssignIt’s enterprise services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Usage Scope

The enterprise version of AssignIt is designed for businesses and teams to manage tasks, projects, and collaboration effectively. Users typically access the platform through mobile numbers, emails, or company SSO credentials. All usage must comply with your organization's policies and applicable laws.

2. Permissions and Access

AssignIt may request access to your camera, microphone, gallery, and files to enable task-related documentation and communication features. These permissions are used only to support collaboration within the application and are not shared outside the platform.

3. Brand Ownership and Intellectual Property

The AssignIt brand name is owned by our registered parent company and is under trademark application. The app logo and visual design are custom-created and legally protected. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any part of AssignIt’s branding or interface without explicit permission.

4. Prohibited Use

Users may not engage in activities such as unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or any use that could harm the application’s integrity or infringe on its intellectual property. Any misuse will result in immediate revocation of access and may involve legal consequences.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

When you or your organization delete project data, tasks, or other content, it is securely archived for up to 30 days before being permanently erased. This allows for recovery in case of accidental deletion. Please contact our support team at hello@assignit.in if recovery assistance is needed within this time frame.

6. Account Deletion

To delete your AssignIt account, send an email request to hello@assignit.in. Your account will be deactivated, and you’ll receive a confirmation email. All related data will be deleted after 30 days, and you’ll receive a final confirmation when the deletion is complete.

We are committed to maintaining your privacy and data security. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information while using the enterprise version of AssignIt.

• User Credentials: Mobile number, email, or company SSO details used for login and access control.
• Task & Project Data: Includes created tasks, comments, files, and updates shared within the application.
• Media Access: Camera, microphone, file and gallery access (when enabled by the user) to support task communication.

• To assign, manage, and track tasks and projects within your organization.
• To support file uploads, media sharing, and team collaboration features.
• To improve internal user experience and provide support if issues arise.

3. Data Security

Your data is stored using secure infrastructure with encryption and access control. Only authorized personnel can access this data, and strict protocols are in place to prevent misuse or leaks.

4. No Sharing with Third Parties

AssignIt does not sell, rent, or disclose your data to external parties. All your data remains confined within the AssignIt platform and is only used to enable core functionality and service delivery.

5. Updates to This Policy

We may update these terms and policies from time to time. Any major updates will be notified, and continued usage after updates implies acceptance.
